Sables et Galets refers to the soil type of the Herrenweg vineyard site located in the Fetch Valley. The sand and pudding stones create a rich, spicy and full Gewurztraminer that ages very well.

Riesling is often regarded as the King of grapes in Alsace. Pure Riesling fruit of lemon, lime and yeast with clean acidity. A wonderful aperitif.

From Domaine Mittnacht comes a superb Gentil blend of 40% Pinot Blanc, 30% Riesling, 10% Muscat, 10% Gewurztraminer and 10% Pinot Gris. Beautifully aromatic, dry and lively, this is a perfect partner for sushi, sashimi and other delicate seafood dishes.

Pinot Gris from Domaine Mittnact is a superb example of this variety. Spicy, concentrated fruit on nose and palate with a honey, peach and apricoit style.

Domaine Bruno Sorg produce some of the most deliciously textured wines in Alsace. This fragrant Gewurztraminer is wonderfully balanced with dense, spicy soft fruit and fresh acidity.

From a modern and biodunamic domaine in Hunawihr, this is an excellent style of Gewurztraminer with perfumed, scented fruit of Lychee and elderflower.
