Janneau is one of the few houses which carries out the distillation, aging and bottling fully in the region of origin. This five year old Armagnac displays the classic rich smooth fruit of the Janneau house.

Palmers own brand new London Dry Gin, Seven Swans. Fresh, aromatic and citrusy, this is a premium gin made in a classic style. Our preferred serve is over ice, with a generous splash of Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a wedge of lime. Distilled to 41.6% ABV.

Probably Bermudas most famous export and the essential ingredient in the national cocktail the Dark n Stormy where Gosling Dark Rum is mixed with the local ginger beer.

A blended Armagnac of which the youngest vintage in the blend is 3 years old.

Pure, clean and refreshing û like the first bite of a crisp apple. Grown in our Dorset orchards, PorterÆs Perfection is a deep red heritage apple remarkable for its taste and curiously fused fruit.

Black Cow Vodka is the worlds only pure milk vodka. Produced locally in Dorset it is made entirely from the whey that has been separated from the curds that are used to make their local cheddar. This rare and unusual vodka is triple filtered and pure with a unique soft and creamy texture.

A high proportion of malt whiskey blended and aged in Oloroso Sherry casks with sweet batch grain whiskey gives this Whiskey its unique richness and fruit characteristics.

From the Blackfriars Distillery in Plymouth. Produced in small batch pot stills producing a rich, oily Gin in the traditional Genever fashion. The main ingredient in the original Dry Martini.

A Whisky based infused liqueur made from a blend of grain Whisky, and selected Speyside and Highland Malts infused with spices, herbs and Scottish heather honey.

A traditional cider brandy made from distilled apple cider. This 3 year old is the youngest and freshest they produce and retains a delicious apple fruit and slight floral flavour.
