The Silver Myn Sauvignon Blanc is a deliciously drinkable wine with crisp, ripe, mineral flavours balanced by clean acidity.

The philosophy of the ""seriously cool"" wines is that the wine maker interferes as little as possible throughout the winemaking process to insure pure, varietal fruit. Gentle, whole bunch pressing and fermentation from naturally occurring yeast combines to produce a wine full of pure, fresh stone fruit.

From Helderberg in Stellenbosch, cool climate and cool fermentation with a small amount of barrel fermentation. Ripe, rich, exotic gooserberry fruit with complexity and depth.

From the Reservoir vineyard on the excellent Delheim Estate, a hand picked off-dry, 100% Gewurztraminer. Delicious flavours of Mango and Lychee with acidity.

100% Pinotage with twelve months in French oak. Filled with delicious plum, port and prune flavours. Delicious and modern.

Excellent value! 100% Shiraz with 14 months in mainly French oak. Plum and prune of nose and palate with spice and soft tannin.

Produced on the poor soils of the Schrepenberg Mountain in Stellenbosch, a wine that possesses great minerality and structure. Chenin Blanc, Sauvingon Blanc and Semillon aged on lees and oak. Excellent tension of tropical fruit and mineral core.

Grown on decomposed granite soils, situated on a gentle and cool southeast-facing slopes. Due to the higher altitude, the fruit ripens late and results in a wine that is rich, dense and complex.

From the Delheim Estate in Simonsberg, 100% Riesling. Rich, and concentrated with lush, sweet flavorus of apricot, citrus and spice with a clean, elegant finish.

Low yielding vines on gentle slopes with a strong costal breeze combine to create a wine with both concentration and finesse. With extra lees contact and 6 month barrel aged to give texture, this wine shows fresh peach and apricot flavours with floral touches and minerality.
