A blend of delicate lowland grain and robust and complex highland malt. Rich and soft on the palate, fruity with hints of vanilla, spice and mild oak.

A blend of Calvados varieties from the Pays dAuge with ages from 2 to 5 years. Apple fruit and toasty vanilla oak.

Imported directly to Bridport from Cognac, a wonderful handmade Cognac produced by the winemaker at Chateau d'Angludet. Aromatic, smooth fruit flavours.

Often regarded as the finest Orange liqueur, blended from Cognac and Orange Bitters. In addition to being serevd as a digestif it is freqeuntly seen with pancakes (or more accuratley Crepes Suzette)

From Dorsets first gin distillery, Conker Spirits Dorset Dry Gin is distilled using British wheat spirit and New Forest spring water. Inspired by the beautiful countryside within which the distillery is located, the unique mix of 10 botanicals includes gorse flowers, samphire and elderberries.

Vieux Marc De Champagne is a spirit produced from distilling the pulp that is left after pressing Chamapgne grapes in the same way that Grappa is made in Italy. It is oak aged after distilling to refine its flavours and develop its amber colour.

A complex and powerful blend of as many as forty whiskies of at least 12 years of age.

A blend of several vintages of which the youngest is 10 years old. A light yellow colour with orange highlights, some hints of oak on the nose and a touch of vanilla and cinnamon. In the mouth it is spirited and straightforward. An elegant and floral armagnac.

Distilled from Somerset apple cider this Brandy retains some of its fresh apple aromas but has developed into a more complex and smooth cider.
