Meaning The Meeting Place, this is the highest distillery in Scotland. A light, elegant Malt with creamy, vanilla, heather and honey notes.

Made from a potato based spirit with a botanical mix of coriander, lemon zest cardamom and orris root, this richly flavoured gin from Maine has a lovely balance of sweet citrus and aromatic spice.

Made exclusively from highland malts from the villages of Brora, Carron and Alness and aged in bespoke oak casks made from new French oak and used American oak. The Spice Tree is a rich and full flavoured whisky with a distinct character of aromatic, sweet spices and toasted oak.

A medium sweet nose with a rich palate of peat and heather. Smooth, creamy and peaty.

Hine has a much publised connection with Beamisnter and we stock three of their most recognisable blends. Thomas Hine married the daughter of a gentleman who owned a Cognac House in Jarnac. By 1817 the company was renamed Thomas Hine & Company. VSOP status requires that the the contents must have spent at least four years in cask although in reality many of the brandies will be considerably older.

Distilled five times from a blend of 95% Ugni Blanc grown in Cognac and 5% Mauzac Blanc grown in the Southern French area of Tarn. The two grapes are picked when frozen and distilled separately four times before being cominbed in a traditional pot still for the final distilation. The use of frozen grapes and cold fermentation preserves the natural zestinest of the grapes in the final product. More prevalently used in mixing than as a shooting vodka, idael in wine and champagne based cocktails.

Distilled from Virgin Sugar Cane Homey father than Molases. Stone and citrus fruit, vanilla and cocoa. Winner of many international awards.

The most peaty of all Islay Single Malts, salty, unctuous and dry.

Glenfarclas 105 is the first cask strength whisky at 60% abv. Aged for 10 years in oak, his superb single malt is rich, spicy and smooth displaying hints of light smokiness and dried fruit.
