100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on the steep upper slopes high above False Bay. 22 months spent in French oak, 40% in new and 60% in older barrels, creating a deep and powerful wine with pronounced cassis and black fruit, spice and vanilla with a smoky character.

From a low yielding, windswept, 300m+ vineyard on the slopes of Schaapenberg. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Barrel fermented. Pure, elegant and intense Sauvignon with fine fruit flavours.
