En Guesnes is a small vineyard of just over a hectare of Pinot Noir vines of 40 years old grown on clay and limestone soils. Aged for 18 months in oak this is a more muscular Rully from Vincent Dureuil-Janthial.

A serious Bourgogne that is made to last, this superb Bourgogne is from a district of Nuits Saint Georges opposite the famous Les Saint Georges. With great structure and aromatic fruit, Thibault Liger-Belair's Bourgognes benefit from a couple of years aging and the 2012 is starting to drink very well.

From the La Montagne vineyard of 315 metres in Marsannay, this wine has spent 18 months in oak and is producing using certified organic methods, unfined and filtered with minimul sulphur added.

Marsannay produces a more delicate style of Pinot Noir due to it's northerly location at the very top of Burgundy and Sylvain Pataille is one of the top producers creating wines with great finesse.

A classic, fleshy Meursault with weight and power. Early maturing so will be drinking well in the next couple of years.

A fantastic wine from a top producer, predominantly old vine Pinot Noir aged in 50% new oak with minimal filtration. Dujac Fils & Pere are on the top of their game producing wines that reflect both style and quality from the heart of the Cote De Nuits.

Les Combettes is an east-southeast facing slope composed of a stony, well-drained limestone soil giving fine, mineral and particularly refined wine aged in new oak.

Les Brules is a south facing slope that dominates the Château de Fuissé estate.Characterised by rich clay soil mixed with small calcareous pebbles which give the minerality and richness indicative to the Pouilly-Fuisse style.

Clos de la Justice is a walled single vineyard in Gevrey-Chambertin owned by Vallet Freres.

Vaudesir is a Grand Cru vineyard located located in the lower part of the valley characterised by chalky limestone and Kimmeridian. The wines are steely and saline with a generous palate.
