The Dorrington family have crafted an exceptional range of Pinotage. Plum and spice on the nose lead to an elegant palate of savoury, dark fruits with chocolate nuances.

A blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Merlot aged for 16 months in oak, masses of elegant cassis fruit with plummy notes, fine oak and a rich smokiness. Refined and polished, drink as you would a Claret.

VBin de Constance was one of the great wines of the early 19th Century enjoyed by Napoleon, Dickens and Jane Austen. 100% naturally sweet Muscat, peach, pear and tangerine.
