Pale gold colour with aromas of grape fruit mixed with floral fragrances on a delicate minerality. Pure, linear and well-defined with a well-crafted and refreshing mineral finish, straight and of good length.

Hubert Lamy produces excellent St Aubin and hid Bourgogne Chardonnay are great too! An attractive green apple and cream nose with a stylish palate of fruit and acidity.

Les Rochats is this years top Cuvee from Croix Senaillet. With more fruit and richness, it is a top drop.

From the village of Givry, one of the best known appelations in the Cote Chalonaise this stunning wine from Domaine Chanson is 100% Pinot Noir from soils of mixed limestone and clay.

Manually harvested Chardonnay, with gentle whole-bunch pressing for for 2-3 hours. Aging occurs on the lees for10-16 months.

Teppe De Cheneve from Domaine Ragot is a relatively new wine for the Ragot family, made from a recently planted 3/4 of a hectare vineyard planted on clay and limestone with the wine aged in 40% new oak.

Eric Forest produces this excellent, pretty wine from an exposed slope of limestone. A fine, mineral nose is followed by a palate of textured, fine, ripe fruit, balanced by citrus and mineral acidity.

Domaine Jean Dauvissat Père & Fils is a rising star of Chablis, with 22 hectares of vines spread across 7 communes. As a result their wines are truly representative of the Chablis vineyards, displaying great finesse, depth and minerality. Definitely a Domaine to watch over the coming years.
