Gambal's Pinot Noir is manually harvested and then 100% de-stemmed, not crushed, and cold macerated of 5-8 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 10-14 days, gentle pressing and then malo-lactic fermentation in barrel. The wine then rests on its fine lees for 10-16 months.

Domaine Vincent Dureuil-Janthial consistantly produces exceptional quality Rully both white and red. Made from vines of an average age of 40 years and aged in 33% new oak for 18 months.

A Premier Cru Givry from Domaine Ragot, 100% Pinot Noir from just over 2 hectares of east facing vineyards consisting of vines of different ages. The wine is aged in oak, 30% of which is new oak for 12 to 15 months.

Monthelie is a hamlet near Mersault that makes charming red from Pinot Noir. A delicious, aromatic, perfumed, cherry fruit nose with an elegant, pure palate of delicious Pinot fruit.

Domaine Gilbert Picq has two parcels totalling 3.5 acres in the much prized Premier Cru vineyard of Vosgros located not far from the town of Chablis.

This 1er Cru Chablis is created through long fermentation with natural yeast, with 12 months in stainless steel and rested on fine lees. Complex and aromatic with acidity, stone fruit and minerals.

From 40 to 50 year old Pinot Noir vines from the Prmier Cru Clos Du Roy vineyard in the Cote Chalonnaie. With 14 month oak aging this Mercury from Domaine Tupinier-Bautista has an 11 hectare estate and shows the great value found in central Burgundy.
