Sorg produces wines that drip with fruit. This has a delicious nose of fruit and honey and a stunning concentrated palate of oily apricot fruit and acidity.

From the legendary 2005 vintage this wine has really opened up and is drinking fantastically. A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot from the Haut-Medoc this wine will continue to develop for several more years.

From 40 to 50 year old Pinot Noir vines from the Prmier Cru Clos Du Roy vineyard in the Cote Chalonnaie. With 14 month oak aging this Mercury from Domaine Tupinier-Bautista has an 11 hectare estate and shows the great value found in central Burgundy.

The Pfersigberg Grand Cru site is dominated by gravel with rich magnesium perfect for Riesling. From the wonderful 2007 vintage. Exceptional wine, elegant, steely and concentrated.

Domaine Mittnacht are famed for its Grand Cru Rieslings. This Rosacker is organic with delicious citrus, honeyed fruit and steely acidity.

Domaine de la Charbonniere is a 12ha site and a awonderful domaine. áThis Blanc is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Clairette and is full of delicious, broad, white fruit.á

Chateau Angludet is a superb producer, dating back to the 12th century, who performs in every vintage. A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot with 12 months in oak the 2011 is an early maturing vintage that drinks well now and will continue to over the next few years.

Lalande De Pomerol is considered to be the up and coming regions of the Bordeaux right bank and Chateau Siaurac is considered to be one of the stars of the region. From the great 2009 vintage producing forward wines that are starting to drink well. The Chateau Siaurac 2009 is a blend of 72% Merlot22% Cabernet-Franc with 6% Malbec with 12 months in oak. The Malbec in the blend adds plum fruit and gives firm structure creating a wine of superb power and length.

A serious Bourgogne that is made to last, this superb Bourgogne is from a district of Nuits Saint Georges opposite the famous Les Saint Georges. With great structure and aromatic fruit, Thibault Liger-Belair's Bourgognes benefit from a couple of years aging and the 2012 is starting to drink very well.

En Guesnes is a small vineyard of just over a hectare of Pinot Noir vines of 40 years old grown on clay and limestone soils. Aged for 18 months in oak this is a more muscular Rully from Vincent Dureuil-Janthial.
