A rich, complex wine with an intense, layered and aromatic nose of jasmine, peach, citrus and pineapple, underpinned by cinnamon, honey, quince jam and freshly cut hay. A deeper complexity is then revealed with hints of vanilla, roasted flavours and cardamom.

Domaine Jean Dauvissat Père & Fils is a rising star of Chablis, with 22 hectares of vines spread across 7 communes. As a result their wines are truly representative of the Chablis vineyards, displaying great finesse, depth and minerality. Definitely a Domaine to watch over the coming years.

This is a delicious vibrant St Joseph Blanc produced on the sandy granite soild of the Chavanay AC. Marsanne and Roussanne are hand picked, barrel fermented and lees aged for 9 months. Delicious apricot and peach fruits abound.

Gambal's Pinot Noir is manually harvested and then 100% de-stemmed, not crushed, and cold macerated of 5-8 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 10-14 days, gentle pressing and then malo-lactic fermentation in barrel. The wine then rests on its fine lees for 10-16 months.

Domaine Vincent Dureuil-Janthial consistantly produces exceptional quality Rully both white and red. Made from vines of an average age of 40 years and aged in 33% new oak for 18 months.

Dating back to the XIIth century, Chateau Lamothe Boscaut is an old and illustrious wine estate. 55% Semillon and 45% Sauvignon Balnc, this is a superbly balanced and elegant Bordeaux Blanc.

A beautiful walled vineyard of 6 hectares on the St Emilion plateau with an iron rich, limestone and clay soil. A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc from 25 to 30 year old vines with 12 to 15 months spent in new oak.
