From Domaine Mittnacht comes a superb Gentil blend of 40% Pinot Blanc, 30% Riesling, 10% Muscat, 10% Gewurztraminer and 10% Pinot Gris. Beautifully aromatic, dry and lively, this is a perfect partner for sushi, sashimi and other delicate seafood dishes.

This fantastic Merlot has ripe and concentrated plum, dark berry, capsicum and liquorice flavours, with hints of dark chocolate on the finish. Soft and velvety tannins provide the backbone for a rich wine that will cellar comfortably for a decade.

This Pinot Noir very much a New World style with typically varietal black cherry aromas along with dark berry and cherry flavours, backed up with ripe, smooth tannins and a long finish. This is a food-friendly style that will benefit from cellaring for up to 6 years.

A superb white from Galicia's smallest DO (Denominacion de Origen), Monterrei, located in North West Spain. Made using indigenous yeasts, without oak, and left to age on its lees, this is a wonderful fruit-driven expression of artisinally-crafted Godello/Treixadura.

Produced by the excellent Bernard Vallet in a very good vintage. This is the house rouge of Vallet Freres. Fresh, juicy berry fruit.

Andre Romero has been described as the superstar of Rasteau by Robert Parker. A classic blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre it has a deep, rich, porgy nose with a dense, weighty palate of dark, gamey fruit.

Serge Cologne has and exceptional 7.3ha site in Fleurie and has been joined by sons Samuel and Landry. A star of the Beaujolais, these wines drip with sappy, raspberry fruit.

Chateau des Tours produce this elegant Brouilly. Creamy fruit, silky tannins and perfect balance.

This is a wonderful, bone dry but forward Vouvray from a very top domaine. Soft, perfumed stone fruit and melon flavours with complexity and balance.
