Made to a formula developed in the early 19th Century and predominantly a blend of Picpoul and Clairette. After a period of accelerated aging in cask the blend is assembled with the addtion of herbs and spices to produce the iconic Provencal wine.

Pale gold with green tints. The nose is complex and full of citrus and floral notes. White peach, exotic fruit and a hint of pineapple. The palate is robustly rich with zesty fruit and lively acidity which keeps your taste-buds tingling. The finish is long and well rounded.

A powerful, rich and supple offering from the Rhone, this is bursting with red and black fruit characteristics. This is balanced with spicy, savoury pepper notes and smooth tannins. Absolutely fantastic!

From a 60ha Domaine North of Beziers, an outstanding blend of Roussanne, Carignan and Grenache Blanc. Rich, ripe apple blossom and peach with linear acidity. Brilliant!
