Domaine Jean Dauvissat Père & Fils is a rising star of Chablis, with 22 hectares of vines spread across 7 communes. As a result their wines are truly representative of the Chablis vineyards, displaying great finesse, depth and minerality. Definitely a Domaine to watch over the coming years.

This is a delicious vibrant St Joseph Blanc produced on the sandy granite soild of the Chavanay AC. Marsanne and Roussanne are hand picked, barrel fermented and lees aged for 9 months. Delicious apricot and peach fruits abound.

Gambal's Pinot Noir is manually harvested and then 100% de-stemmed, not crushed, and cold macerated of 5-8 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 10-14 days, gentle pressing and then malo-lactic fermentation in barrel. The wine then rests on its fine lees for 10-16 months.

Domaine Vincent Dureuil-Janthial consistantly produces exceptional quality Rully both white and red. Made from vines of an average age of 40 years and aged in 33% new oak for 18 months.

A really superb wine from an old property in the Bekka Valley, Lebanon. A blend of old vine Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon with lashings of oak. Cassis, wild game andherbs abound on the palate.

A Californian Port made primarily from Tinta Roriz. A blend with an average age of 5 years, this is a younger, fresher style Port on release but matures more quickly giving it a light, prune character with chocolate notes balanced perfectly with fresh, red fruit.

Dating back to the XIIth century, Chateau Lamothe Boscaut is an old and illustrious wine estate. 55% Semillon and 45% Sauvignon Balnc, this is a superbly balanced and elegant Bordeaux Blanc.

Quinta Do Retiro Novo is Krohn's estate and Krohn makes a single Quinta Port on the good years, reserving the very best years for their vintage Ports. This 2005 Quinta Do Retiro is rich and powerful but will be more approachable at an earlier age than the Vinatge Ports.

A beautiful walled vineyard of 6 hectares on the St Emilion plateau with an iron rich, limestone and clay soil. A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc from 25 to 30 year old vines with 12 to 15 months spent in new oak.
