Deep, rich, succulent fruit with soft, vanilla oak. Clos De Gat use minimal filtration and fining to preserve the pure texture and expression of the fruit. A truly fantastic wine.

Low yielding vines on gentle slopes with a strong costal breeze combine to create a wine with both concentration and finesse. With extra lees contact and 6 month barrel aged to give texture, this wine shows fresh peach and apricot flavours with floral touches and minerality.

Dark plum, leather and delicate violet aromas, plus notes of woodsmoke and brown spice. A full, firm and ripe red with rich, powerful flavours. All balanced by ripe tannins, complex savoury notes and a long finish.

The second wine from Chateau Lanesson from an classic, early maturing vintage. 12 months spent of French oak, one third new, one third one year old and one third two years old. Drinking well now and will continue to improve over the next few years.

A fantastic wine wmade from 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. Chateau Perron is a star of Lalnde De Pomerol and the 2011 drinks well now and will develop for several more years.

The best Cremant dAlsace we have found! Bruno Sorg Senior has long produced this excellent creamy, citrus fizz from Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. All elderflower and elegance.

Domaine Le Couroulu has some of the bet terroir in the appellation. 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre. It has a deep gamey nose with a full palette of dense rustic fruit.
